Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using phgl. By accessing the phgl platform, registering an account, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phgl.

All phgl users must be at least 21 years old. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement. phgl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, suspend accounts pending verification, and permanently close accounts confirmed to belong to underage users — with forfeiture of any balance.
phgl operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All games, transactions, and player account operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight. These Terms are drafted in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
Each individual may maintain only one registered phgl account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. phgl may merge or close duplicate accounts and apply penalties under these Terms, including suspension of withdrawal access and forfeiture of promotional balances.
All phgl transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are accepted. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. phgl does not accept anonymous transactions and cannot process funds to or from unverified payment instruments.
All phgl bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution rates published in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before withdrawal results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Abuse of bonuses, use of automated betting tools, collusion, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and fraud are all prohibited on phgl. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Effective Date: 1 June 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the phgl online gaming platform, accessible at phgl.club ("Platform"), operated under PAGCOR licence. By using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1. By accessing, registering on, or using the phgl Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the phgl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account if one exists.
2.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phgl with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
By clicking "I Agree," completing registration, or placing a wager on phgl, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety, including the 21+ age requirement and PAGCOR compliance obligations.
3.1. Age Requirement. The phgl Platform is exclusively available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. Any use of the Platform by a person under 21 is a violation of these Terms and of Philippine law.
3.2. Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated and licensed for use within the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are responsible for ensuring compliance with their applicable local regulations before using phgl. phgl makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.
3.3. Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on phgl:
🔞 Underage Gambling: phgl takes the 21+ restriction extremely seriously. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by regulation.
4.1. To place real-money wagers on phgl, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and mobile phone number.
4.2. You may only create one (1) Account on phgl. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. phgl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4. You must notify phgl immediately via Live Chat or [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.5. phgl reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant without providing a reason for such refusal, subject to PAGCOR's non-discrimination guidelines.
5.1. phgl is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above defined thresholds.
5.2. You agree to provide phgl with any documentation requested for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to:
5.3. phgl may suspend withdrawal access to any Account pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. phgl will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by verification holds conducted in good-faith compliance with regulatory requirements.
5.4. All KYC documents submitted to phgl are handled in accordance with the phgl Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law (Republic Act 10173).
6.1. All deposits on phgl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. phgl does not accept cash deposits, anonymous payments, or deposits from payment instruments not registered in the Account holder's verified name.
6.2. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the phgl cashier page and may be updated from time to time. As of the effective date of these Terms, the minimum deposit is ₱100.
6.3. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to the Player's Real Money Balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.
6.4. phgl does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which phgl bears no responsibility.
6.5. phgl reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit where: (a) the funds originate from a payment method not registered to the Account holder; (b) the deposit is associated with suspected fraud or money laundering; or (c) the Account is under review or suspension at the time of deposit.
7.1. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the Account holder's verified name. phgl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawal to another verified payment instrument belonging to the Account holder may be arranged by contacting phgl support.
7.3. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are displayed on the phgl cashier page. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.
7.4. phgl may place a withdrawal hold of up to seventy-two (72) hours on any withdrawal request for the purposes of: (a) completing KYC verification; (b) conducting fraud or AML checks; or (c) investigating a reported dispute. phgl will notify the Account holder of any such hold and the reason for it.
7.5. Winnings arising from wagering with Bonus Balance are subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Only funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Balance.
8.1. phgl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published with each individual promotion.
8.2. Standard wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Balances. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Balances and associated winnings are not eligible for withdrawal.
8.3. phgl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to not adversely affecting Players who have already accepted a promotion and are actively meeting its wagering requirements.
8.4. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk wagering strategies, or collusion between players — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Balances and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Platform exclusion.
8.5. Only one welcome bonus is available per Person, per household, per IP address, and per GCash or PayMaya number.
9.1. Each game available on the phgl Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in the phgl help section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules address matters not covered herein.
9.2. All game outcomes on phgl are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical game apparatus operated by professional dealers in a certified studio environment.
9.3. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server errors, or software failures — phgl's records shall be the authoritative source for determining the game state at the time of malfunction. phgl will act reasonably and in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines in resolving disputed game outcomes arising from technical faults.
9.4. phgl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, including where a clearly incorrect price was offered due to a software error or human mistake ("palpable error"). Players may not take deliberate advantage of pricing or game errors and any winnings arising from exploitation of a palpable error will be void.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement as appropriate:
11.1. phgl may suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Account holder has violated these Terms; (b) phgl is required to do so by PAGCOR or a competent authority; (c) phgl reasonably suspects fraudulent activity; or (d) the Account holder requests closure.
11.2. Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, phgl reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and all Bonus Balances held in that Account, subject to PAGCOR's guidelines on player balance treatment.
11.3. Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting phgl support via Live Chat (7AM–1AM PHT) or by email at [email protected]. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method.
11.4. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request (see Section 12) are treated as responsible gaming closures and have specific reinstatement conditions that differ from standard closures.
12.1. phgl is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and industry best practice. All Players are encouraged to view gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.
12.2. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phgl Account holders through the Account settings panel:
12.3. Deposit limits, once reduced, cannot be increased for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) hours. This cooling-off period is designed to prevent impulsive decisions during active sessions.
12.4. Players who self-exclude from phgl will have their Account immediately locked across all game categories. phgl will not market to self-excluded Players during the exclusion period.

13.1. All content on the phgl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of phgl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
13.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without phgl's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of phgl's intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
13.3. The phgl name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of phgl. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use phgl's trademarks without prior written authorisation.
14.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phgl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error.
14.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of your verified Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose.
14.3. phgl shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures; (c) losses arising from the Player's own violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phgl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.
15.1. phgl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the phgl Privacy Policy and Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15.2. phgl may share Player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other competent Philippine authorities where required by law.

16.1. These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the phgl Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.2. Any dispute between you and phgl shall first be submitted to phgl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. phgl will acknowledge complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
16.3. Unresolved disputes involving PAGCOR-regulated matters may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its player protection procedures.
16.4. Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
17.1. phgl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where more immediate implementation is required by PAGCOR or applicable law.
17.2. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
